The Embassy of India, Caracas and the Governor's Office of the Bolivarian State of Miranda, organized a memorable joint International Day of Yoga event at the Jose Joaquin Papa Carrillo Gymnasium, Caracas on Saturday 22nd June 2024. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Governor's Office of the Bolivarian State of Miranda for its generous support in making this event a resounding success. Yoga aficionados, esteemed local Government officials, diplomats and well-wishers of India, united to embrace the unifying essence of yoga.

The Ambassador of India, Mr. P.K. Ashokbabu, held a meeting with the Sectoral Vice President for Social and Territorial Socialism and Minister of People's Power for Youth and Sports, Mr. Mervin Maldonado. They discussed matters of joint cooperation in the field of sports.
The first Curtain Raiser event for the International Day of Yoga, 2024 was organized by Embassy of India, Caracas at the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV), Caracas. It was attended by Yoga enthusiasts of all age groups.
