Indian goverment scholarship offer for Venezuelan citizens

Following the inauguration of Venezuela's Chairmanship at the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), the Government of India has decided to offer 04 complete scholarships to Venezuelan citizens for masters degree studies in India. Tuition for Scholarships will be managed/covered following the General Cultural Scholarship Scheme (GCSS) belonging to the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR); scholarships will start from the 2017-18 academic year and will be intended for University studies of bachelors' degree, masters' degree, masters' degree in philosophy, and PhDs.

Selected students' financial expenses (excepting flight ticket) will be covered by the Indian Government and will include: tuition, accommodations, medical expenses, emergency allowances, etc.

Medicine studies/courses are not part of the program.
