NOTICE
Name of work: Invitation of competitive bids for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for cleaning of Office Premises at La Floresta, Caracas.
Embassy of India in Caracas invites competitive bids from reputed and experienced firms, Partnership firm, Limited Company for Annual Maintenance Contract for professional cleaning of office premises at Quinta Tagore No.12, Avenida San Carlos, La Floresta, Caracas.
2. The interested agencies/firms are requested to submit their competitive bids in two separate sealed envelopes as follows:

The first envelope should be marked as “Technical Bid” and should contain scope of the work - the details of material used/supplied and the number of man hours required for cleaning of floor, windows, tables and chairs, office equipment, toilets, stair cases etc to keep the entire office spick and span and hygienic.

The second envelope should be marked as “Financial Bid” and should contain the breakup of costs for providing AMC for cleaning services for one year from date of commencement.

Both the envelops should be placed in one sealed envelope and to be submitted to the attention of Mr.Pardeep Kumar, Head of Chancery.
3. Interested parties may visit the site and take measurements of areas for formulating their quotation by taking prior appointment with the Embassy of India, Caracas(Tel. No.(58)212 285 7887. The pre-bid site visits can be arranged on 28 and 29 June 2017 at 11:00 hrs.

Nombre del trabajo: Invitación de ofertas competitivas para la contratación del
Servicio Anual de Limpieza para la cancillería de la Embajada de la India en Caracas.
La Embajada de India en Caracas invita ofertas competitivas por parte de empresas
de limpieza renombradas la contratación del servicio Anual de Limpieza en la sede de
cancillería de la Misión localizada en la Quinta Tagore, No. 12, Avenida San Carlos, La Floresta, Caracas
2. Se solicita a las agencias / empresas interesadas que presenten sus ofertas competitivas en dos sobres cerrados separados de la siguiente manera:
i. El primer sobre debe ser marcado como "Oferta Técnica" y debe contener el alcance de la obra - los detalles del material utilizado / suministrado y el número de horas hombre necesarias para la limpieza del piso, ventanas, mesas y sillas, equipo de oficina, inodoros, escalera Etc casos para mantener toda la oficina limpia impecable e higiénico.
Ii. El segundo sobre debe ser marcado como "Oferta Financiera" y debe contener la disolución de los costos para proporcionar AMC para los servicios de limpieza durante un año a partir de la fecha de inicio
.Iii. Ambos sobres deben colocarse en un sobre cerrado y ser presentado
al Sr. Pardeep Kumar, Jefe de Cancillería.
3. Las partes interesadas pueden visitar el sitio y tomar medidas de las áreas para formular su cita tomando cita previa con la Embajada de la India, Caracas (Tel. (58) 212 285 7887. Las visitas al sitio antes de la licitación se pueden arreglar en 28 y 29 de junio de 2017 a las 11:00 hrs.
