Consular jurisdiction of the Embassy
Residents of the following countries and territories apply for passport, visa, OCI and other consular services at the Embassy of India, Caracas:
- Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela
- Aruba
- Curaçao
- Sint Maarten
- Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba
Applicants from other countries should normally apply at the Indian Mission accredited to their country of residence. In exceptional cases, the Embassy may accept an application with the reasons recorded.
Residents of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the BES islands pay consular fees in US dollars by bank draft. See the Fee Schedule of Consular Services.
