Register a grievance
- Consular grievances are handled through MADAD, the consular grievance portal of the Ministry of External Affairs. Register your grievance on madad.gov.in and choose “Embassy of India, Caracas”.
- Note the grievance number to track its status online.
- Grievances about other Government of India services can be filed on the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System, pgportal.gov.in.
