Most tourists, business visitors and medical patients can apply for an e-Visa online without visiting the Embassy.
How to apply
- Fill in the “Regular / Paper Visa Application” on indianvisaonline.gov.in. Choose “Venezuela – Caracas” as the Indian Mission.
- Upload a digital photograph and paste the same photograph (5 × 5 cm, white background) on the printed form. A submitted form cannot be changed — check every detail first.
- Submit the signed form in person at the Consular Section, 08:30–11:30 hrs on working days. Fingerprints are taken at the counter.
- Pay the visa fee and the ICWF contribution and attach the original bank receipts. See the Fee Schedule of Consular Services.
